OMLO is seeking a labor and employment attorney with 5-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience representing public entities in areas such as conducting workplace investigations, disciplinary hearings, labor negotiations, providing advice and counsel for discrimination and other labor practice claims, drafting employment contracts, creating or updating workplace conduct manuals, and employment and labor litigation. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to take on complex legal matters and work in a high-paced environment, good writing skills, and the ability to take initiative as well as the ability to work collaboratively, and effectively communicate with agency staff and elected officials.
The salary range for a 5-10 year attorney meeting these qualifications begins at $145,000-$200,000. The actual salary will be commensurate with the number of years of practice, relevant experience on the skillset sought and demonstrated accomplishments.
